VALLETTA, MALTA, September 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- N-iX, global technology partner for Pragmatic AI Software Engineering, announces the appointment of Pavlo Deshchynskyy as Chief Executive Officer, effective 10 September 2026.

As CEO, Pavlo Deshchynskyy will lead N-iX strategy and its execution, take full responsibility for P&L and operational performance, and lead the executive team. He joined N-iX in 2007 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020. In that role, he led delivery across the company’s global engineering centers and was accountable for some of its largest client engagements.

About Pavlo Deshchynskyy

Pavlo Deshchynskyy is the Chief Executive Officer of N-iX. He joined the company in 2007 as a Technical Consultant and progressed through a series of leadership roles in software development. As Vice President of Delivery, he oversaw end-to-end delivery for key client engagements.
Pavlo was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2020. In this role, he led N-iX’s global engineering centers and introduced lean management practices across the organization. Before joining N-iX, he worked in the IT department at Ukrtelecom.
Pavlo holds a master’s degree with honors in computer engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University. He also completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2020.
